Thor is seeking an experienced MEP QA/QC professional to lead quality assurance across large data-center projects. You will review submittals, perform site inspections, and drive non-conformance resolution while coordinating with project teams and trade partners to ensure reliable, properly tested installations.

This role emphasizes strong documentation, test oversight, and adherence to codes and safety standards, with opportunities to influence turnover packages and commissioning outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in MEP QA/QC, coordination, or field supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning processes.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and specs.
• Experience with submittals, shop drawings, and testing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MEP QA/QC program across large-scale, mission-critical projects.
• Review and validate MEP submittals, shop drawings, and equipment selections.
• Conduct regular site inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems.
• Identify, document and track non-conformances to resolution.
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports and turnover packages.
• Support commissioning activities and system start-up testing.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and procedures.
• Participate in pre-installation meetings and stakeholder coordination.
