Job summary

Thor is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineering Manager to support its data center project portfolio. This role involves providing Mechanical Engineering expertise, leading MEP design projects, and coordinating with external consultants and stakeholders. A Mechanical Engineering degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience are required. Familiarity with software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, and Blue Beam is essential. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or from the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years participating and leading MEP design projects.
• Understanding of commissioning, QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mechanical Engineering expertise to data center project portfolio.
• Support other teams from site origination through to data center operations.
• Design and field Mechanical Engineering.
• Lead and manage external Engineering consultants.
• Coordinate with customer’s MEP Designs on a project basis.
• Guide and support design team with cooling solutions.
• Interface with key stakeholders for Mechanical expertise.
• Support consecration teams with MEP Engineering.
