Job summary

Gray Construction seeks an experienced MEP Unit Manager to lead the Data Center Market team across multiple U.S. locations, including Atlanta, Dallas, Jackson, Lexington, Phoenix, Reno, and others.

You will drive MEP strategy, manage design and construction activities, and ensure performance within schedule and budget. You will collaborate with project teams, clients, Gray AE, consultants, and suppliers, applying deep MEP knowledge to optimize solutions and profitability while mentoring staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of ten years related experience and/or training.
• Must have ten years of experience managing MEP disciplines of design/build projects or hard bid projects.
• Experience with lump sum, GMP, cost plus construction management, and fee-based construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate MEP across multiple market projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Translate strategy into actionable MEP plans for project teams and manage execution.
• Communicate MEP progress and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
