In this role, you’ll manage mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, while working side‑by‑side with Superintendents and project management teams on site. You’ll own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communication, using modern construction technology to drive smart decisions and keep projects on track. You will be responsible for protecting uptime, mitigating risk, and delivering zero-defect turnover, while maintaining alignment with Boldt’s safety culture, schedule commitments, and financial performance. You will lead cross-functional teams and serve as a key interface with clients, many of whom operate in 24/7 in zero-downtime environments. This is a great opportunity for a project leader who values teamwork, accountability, and seeing their impact firsthand—every day, in the field.
