Job summary

Green Recruitment Company seeks an experienced Project Manager II to lead mission-critical construction projects on-site, from preconstruction through closeout, alongside Superintendents and project teams.

You will own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communication, using modern construction tech to drive decisions, protect uptime, and ensure safety and financial performance. A strong communicator and team leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree is required (or combination of education/industry experience).
• Four to seven years of construction experience with a focus on mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site management of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communication.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and project teams to ensure zero-downtime and safety goals.
