Job summary

The Beck Group in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with data center experience to support the project team across preconstruction, procurement, contract administration and closeout. You will help manage budgets, schedule updates, and coordination with design teams and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of construction project or preconstruction experience, a relevant degree or equivalent, and proficiency with industry tools such as Excel, Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction project or preconstruction experience.
• College graduate with relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience using industry tools such as Excel, Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, Egnyte, CMiC and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Support the project manager on preconstruction, procurement, contracts and closeout.
• Assist in budget setup, change management and subcontractor billings.
• Develop project schedules with input from the superintendent and update weekly.
• Coordinate with design teams, trade partners and vendors to maintain alignment.
