Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of healthcare and office projects in the Denver area. You will steer project financials, schedules, risk management, and client relationships while mentoring Project Engineers and Assistant PMs.

You will collaborate with owners, subcontractors, and design teams to deliver economical, safe, and timely outcomes, maintaining Beck’s standards of excellence and innovation in construction processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant commercial construction experience; healthcare and office building experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local market and city regulatory requirements and procedures preferred.
• Has completed one or more projects as Project Leader in charge of outcome (financial, completion, schedule).
• Experience leading large project teams and supporting the team leader on project management duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team, supervise Project Engineers and Assistant Project Manager(s), and coordinate with owners, subcontractors, unions, and vendors.
• Manage project financials, schedule, risk, quality, and client relationships.
• Forecast project costs and report to leadership; ensure adherence to contract documents and deadlines.
