Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and equipment repair.
• Experience in Data Centers/Raised Floor environments.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• CRAC (Liebert) maintenance and repair experience.
• Licenses as required by jurisdiction; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee critical systems management: HVAC, electrical, plumbing for data center operations.
• Design and implement cooling solutions and airflow strategies for high-density servers.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules; lead RCAs and incident responses.
• Mentor technicians and manage complex data center projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders; ensure safety and compliance.
