Qualifications

• 4+ years of building engineering experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Experience in Data Centers / Raised Floor Environment
• EPA 608 Certification
• Driver's license and ability to meet physical requirements
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Trades school or apprenticeship completed and licensed as required

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical systems for data center operations and critical environments
• Lead preventive maintenance and root-cause analyses for system failures
• Coordinate with vendors, engineers and project stakeholders on upgrades
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry best practices (ASHRAE/ISO)
