Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair.
• Experience in Data Centers / Raised Floor Environment.
• Universal EPA 608 Certification is required.
• CRAC (Liebert) maintenance and repair experience.
• Licenses as required by local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems specific to data center operations.
• Implement and maintain critical environment protocols and MOP processes.
• Conduct regular performance analyses of facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Apply mechanical engineering principles to improve data center efficiency and reliability.
• Design and implement cooling solutions optimized for high-density server environments.
• Lead root cause analysis for system failures or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Propose energy-saving initiatives to improve PUE and integrate green technologies.
