Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager (PM - Mech) to lead onsite planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical systems for large-scale data center projects in Montgomery, AL.

Responsibilities include managing piping, cooling, ductwork, and related infrastructure, while ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance. The role requires 4+ years of experience with mechanical scopes on large construction projects, with strong HVAC and data center cooling

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 4+ years of experience managing mechanical scopes on large-scale construction projects.
• Travel: 50%
• Work Schedule: This position works Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of mechanical scope, including pre-site mobilization, site mobilization, commissioning, and project turnover.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to meet aggressive data center timelines
• Ensure mechanical systems align with design intent, specifications and owner requirements
• Develop and manage budgets, invoicing, forecasts and cost tracking for mechanical scope
• Oversee subcontractor agreements, purchase orders and change management processes
• Coordinate commissioning activities with manufacturing teams and on-site installation teams to ensure documentation and accounting of mechanical systems
