Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an EPC Assistant Project Manager (Mech) to support mechanical systems on hyperscale data center projects.

The role focuses on coordination, documentation, and technical support to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or related field and 2+ years in construction/engineering, with HVAC/piping knowledge and experience coordinating complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of construction or engineering experience; data center or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Travel up to 20% and Monday–Friday work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support Mechanical Project Manager and site leadership in daily execution.
• Coordinate with superintendents, trade partners, and project controls to track progress.
• Assist in developing and tracking detailed work plans and schedules.
• Monitor installation progress and identify risks impacting schedule and quality.
• Prepare and review RFIs and submittals for design and field issues.
