Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks an EPC Assistant Project Manager (PE - Mech) to support mechanical systems on hyperscale data center projects. This role emphasizes coordination, documentation, and technical support to ensure safe, high-quality, on-schedule project delivery.

The candidate should have a mechanical engineering background with 2+ years in construction/engineering, exposure to HVAC/piping, and willingness to travel ~20%. Work is Monday–Friday on site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of construction or engineering experience, preferably with mechanical systems.
• Experience on mission-critical or data center projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel around 20%.
• Work schedule: Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support Mechanical Project Manager and site leadership in day-to-day execution of mechanical scope.
• Coordinate with superintendents, trade partners and project controls to track progress and resolve issues.
• Assist in development and tracking of detailed work plans, schedules and resource needs.
• Monitor installation progress and identify risks impacting schedule, cost and quality.
• RFI, submittals & document control: prepare, track, and manage RFIs; review submittals and logs; support change management.
