Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to lead onsite coordination of piping, cooling, ductwork and related infrastructure for large-scale data center projects. You will drive pre-site mobilization, integration with design and manufacturing teams, and formal turnover to clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field and 4+ years managing mechanical scopes on major construction projects, with data centers preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience managing mechanical scopes on large-scale construction projects, preferably data centers.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and data center cooling strategies; experience managing subcontractors, schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of mechanical scope, including pre-site mobilization, site mobilization, commissioning, and turnover.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to meet aggressive data center timelines.
• Ensure mechanical systems align with design intent, specifications and owner requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets, invoicing, forecasts and cost tracking for mechanical scope.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and change management processes.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with manufacturing and on-site teams; document outcomes.
• Support BIM/VDC coordination, clash resolution and design integration efforts.
