Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Project Manager for data center mechanical and construction projects. You will plan, execute and deliver complex HVAC, piping and plumbing scopes while managing budgets, schedules and safety.

Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients, monitor procurement and contracts, and ensure compliance with codes and project specs. Travel to active sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction; data center or mission-critical facilities preferred.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing systems and commissioning.
• Experience with contracts, procurement, change management and subcontractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional teams for HVAC, piping and plumbing scopes.
• Manage procurement, contracts and scope changes with vendors.
• Oversee construction activities ensuring compliance with design, codes and specs.
• Drive commissioning and turnover activities for mechanical systems.
