Job summary

FTI is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager (Mech) to lead onsite planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of mechanical systems on large-scale data center projects. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 4+ years of experience managing mechanical scopes on large-scale construction projects.
• Travel: 50%
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, and data center cooling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of mechanical scope, including pre-site mobilization, site mobilization, commissioning, and project turnover.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to meet aggressive data center timelines
• Ensure mechanical systems align with design intent, specifications and owner requirements
