Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a Field Superintendent to directly supervise and coordinate construction activities for datacenters, reporting to the Campus Project Director. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies on complex ground-up builds and retrofit projects.

The role requires strong communication, project management acumen, and the ability to manage OFCI/CFCI equipment, site logistics, and closeout activities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction.
• OSHA 30 certified or willing to achieve.
• Experience with CPM scheduling logic.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to manage cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision and coordination of construction activities.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Attend and contribute to GC-led meetings and reports.
• Manage schedule impacts, delays, and issues with stakeholders.
• Oversee turnover packages and transition to Operations.
• Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and inspections.
