Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a Field Superintendent to directly supervise and coordinate construction activities for its datacenters in North Dakota. You will report to the Campus Project Director and work closely with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and regulators to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and field coordination.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate datacenter construction activities on site.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with corporate policies.
• Coordinate with GC, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor schedule and report progress weekly.
• Manage on-site team and communications.
