Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certified or willing to achieve.
• Understanding of CPM schedule logic and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Onsite leadership of construction activities for data center projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor schedule, quality, safety and turnover to operations.
• Prepare progress reports with plan, actual, variance and risk.
• Manage site logistics and OFCI/CFCI equipment documents.
