Compu Dynamics is seeking a Superintendent to lead electrical installation projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule adherence across multiple job sites. You will supervise field personnel, coordinate RFIs, and manage material logistics to deliver high-quality turnkey data center work.

Key qualifications include 10+ years of electrical experience, OSHA 30, and strong leadership with a focus on safety and accuracy in daily logs and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and supervise commercial electrical projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Strong scheduling and logistics skills for material, tools, and staffing.
• Expert knowledge of NEC and OSHA requirements and inspection processes.
• Experience supervising in-house crews, temporary labor, and trade contractors.
• Strong written communication for daily logs, RFIs, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for safe installation; ensure scope, budget, and schedule are met.
• Review project drawings; coordinate RFIs and design changes with the team.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment meet timelines.
• Attend inspections; oversee final inspection and site turnover.
• Document punch lists and manage closeout with the on-site Foreman.
• Coordinate commissioning activities to ensure successful completion.
