Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a Field Superintendent to directly supervise and coordinate construction activities for data centers in Brookwood, Alabama. You will report to the Campus Project Director and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and regulators to ensure project success.

Responsibilities include on-site management, safety, QA/QC, schedule tracking, coordination of meetings, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction.
• Proven ability to supervise field teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and construction sequencing.
• OSHA 30 Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site supervision of data center construction activities.
• Coordinate with GC, subcontractors, vendors, and regulators to ensure compliance and project progress.
• Monitor safety, quality control, and site security; enforce company policies.
• Track schedule, prepare progress reports, and communicate risks and mitigations.
• Lead meetings (OAC, coordination, design, RFI/Submittal) and support project closeout.
