Job summary

Applied Digital Corporation in Brookwood, AL is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead and coordinate construction activities for datacenter projects. Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction experience
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
• Understanding of CPM schedule logic

Responsibilities

• Be on site Monday–Friday 7A–5P; monitor construction activities and report progress
• Coordinate GC/contractor activities and attend weekly meetings (OAC, coordination, BIM/VDC)
• Provide onsite technical Construction SME support and quality control for OFCI and CFCI equipment
• Manage team members, stakeholders, and external parties; resolve disputes with collaborative solutions
• Track schedule milestones and communicate delays or issues; prepare progress reports
