Daikin Applied, the world's largest HVAC company, seeks a Data Center Marketing & Communications Manager to lead messaging architecture, coordinate integrated communications, and elevate market visibility with sales, vital stakeholders, and leadership.

Working with Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, Product Management and sister companies, you will connect teams around a unified market story that strengthens customer confidence, accelerates sales, and advances strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in liberal arts, journalism, communications or marketing.
• 8+ years in B2B marketing, product marketing, GTM strategy and product launches; manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, data center technologies or related B2B equipment markets.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-facing messaging.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management for complex launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Data Center narrative, value proposition and messaging framework.
• Translate priorities into compelling market-facing stories and identify awareness opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to align customer communications and stakeholder engagement with strategic objectives.
• Ensure consistent messaging across customer-facing channels, sales and stakeholders.
• Coordinate enablement resources to translate messaging into market tools and materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, field and reps to support customer pursuits with tailored messaging.
