Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience
• 5+ years of project management responsibility in a consulting or engineering environment
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred or required

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the firm's presence in the data center market
• Lead business development efforts to identify opportunities and secure new work
• Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings
• Monitor market trends and opportunities to support growth
• Provide mentorship to project managers and teammates
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with internal teams
• Coordinate structural engineering activities with multiple disciplines
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with codes and standards
• Travel within the United States for meetings, delivery, and project sites
