Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in LaGrange, GA is seeking a Building Engineer, Data Centers to deliver best practice systems and resolve issues on electrical and mechanical infrastructure (UPS, MV electrical systems, generators, cooling) in our data center facilities.

Your day-to-day includes maintaining and monitoring all building systems for 100% uptime, performing preventive maintenance, handling work orders in the CMMS, coordinating with vendors and customers, and adhering to safety and emergency

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a data center/critical facility.
• Experience with building systems including UPS, emergency generators, and switchgears.
• Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance for all building systems to ensure 100% uptime.
• Manage work orders and vendor coordination via CMMS and touchpoints with customers.
• Follow safety procedures and emergency escalation processes.
