Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI and seeks a hands-on Supply Chain/Procurement lead for new sites in the United States. You will own sourcing for site services, power, water, and facilities, and you will develop a repeatable playbook to accelerate procurement across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes negotiating regional agreements, coordinating timelines with construction, and ensuring a smooth readiness process so new sites come online quickly and reliably.

Qualifications

• Candidates have sourced site services or indirect categories for multi-site industrial operations.
• They have stood up procurement for a greenfield site and know what gets forgotten.
• They build playbooks that speed second-site deployment.
• They negotiate rate cards that hold across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for all services a new site needs to go live, including site services and facilities support.
• Build the site readiness sourcing playbook to procure the full service stack in weeks.
• Negotiate regional and multi-site agreements that sites inherit on day one.
• Coordinate need-by dates with construction and operations to avoid service gaps.
