Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. The Supply Chain Team seeks a leader to own the data center mechanical category, negotiate multi-year supply contracts, and drive fast, reliable delivery of critical equipment.

You will coordinate with manufacturing, design and OEM partners, source chillers, CDUs, AHUs, and pumps for liquid-cooled builds, and help speed build cycles while maintaining cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Sourced major mechanical equipment for data center or industrial programs.
• Negotiated with mechanical OEMs on multi-year committed volumes.
• Knowledge of liquid cooling equipment to challenge a spec or price.
• Managed factory schedules and witness points to ensure on-time delivery.
• Bonus: experience with modular skid packages or direct-to-chip liquid cooling.

Responsibilities

• Own data center mechanical category: CDUs, chillers, pumps, dry coolers, piping for liquid-cooled builds.
• Negotiate supply agreements with mechanical OEMs across multi-year pipelines.
• Dual-source CDU and chiller platforms and drive qualification work for second source.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and design to lock specs and meet lead times.
