GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate in Leesburg, VA to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain orderly data center facilities. You will support cross-functional teams and assist with server rack assembly under supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or inventory management.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and basic office tools (Excel, Word).
• Basic math skills and ability to read safety and operating documents.
• Experience with material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: receive/inspect and record incoming inventory; maintain accurate records.
• Shipping and Receiving: coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, prepare documents and labels.
• Facility Maintenance: keep work areas clean and organized; assist with disposal of packaging materials.
• Compliance and Safety: follow safety rules and data center security measures.
• Support and Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to meet inventory/logistics needs.
• Assembly: assist in setup/installation of server racks and cable management.
