Job summary

GXO is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate in our Sterling, VA area. You will handle inventory management, inbound/outbound shipments, and assembly tasks in a fast-paced data center environment.

This 1st shift role (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm) requires a high school diploma, 1 year in logistics, and familiarity with Excel/Word. You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain safety standards, and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related field.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software (Excel, Word).
• Ability to lift and move heavy material and stand for long periods.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure accurate records for incoming and outgoing items.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with facility upkeep.
• Adhere to safety protocols and security measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet inventory and logistics needs.
• Assist with installation and assembly of server racks as needed.
