GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate in Texas to support inventory control, shipping/receiving, and server rack assembly, ensuring efficient data center operations.

This 1st shift role offers teamwork with cross-functional colleagues, safety-focused processes, and growth opportunities. A high school diploma and 1 year of logistics experience are required, along with basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in logistics or related field.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation for items received and shipped.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule inbound/outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments.
• Transport inventory using material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory needs.
• Assist in assembly of server racks and related setup tasks.
