Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate in Leesburg, VA to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain orderly workspaces.

You will support installation of server racks and assist senior technicians with cable management while collaborating with data center operations and procurement teams. The role emphasizes accuracy in inventory records, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or related fields (1 year).
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory with accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers.
• Maintain clean, organized storage and shipping/receiving docks.
• Assist with setup and installation of server racks and cable management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within data center operations.
