GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate to support inventory management, shipping, and receiving for our data center operations. Day-to-day duties include recording incoming hardware, coordinating shipments, and keeping workspaces organized and safe.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with data center operations, procurement, and technical support, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to perform basic math and read/interpret safety and operating documents.
• Experience with material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation for items received and shipped.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; assist with packaging and dock operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory and logistics needs.
• Assist in assembling server racks and cable management under supervision.
