Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Data Center Logistics Associate to support inventory control, shipping/receiving, and assembly of server racks.

You’ll manage racks, trays, and networking equipment, ensuring accurate records and safe handling in a data center environment. The role involves coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining clean work areas, and collaborating with procurement, operations, and technical support to fulfill logistics needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lift and move heavy material and use material handling equipment.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for items received and shipped.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Prepare shipping documents and packaging for outgoing shipments.
• Assemble and install server racks and assist with cable management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet inventory and logistics needs.
