Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate for 1st shift to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain organized server racks in a fast-paced data center environment.

You will handle stock counts, packaging, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and safety compliance. The role includes standing for long periods and lifting heavy items as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of inventory control and data entry processes.
• Comfort with reading safety rules and operating instructions.
• Familiarity with office software (Excel, Word) and standard reporting.
• Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory, record items accurately.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels and packaging for shipments.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist with setup and installation of server racks and related equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with safety procedures.
