GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Data Center Logistics Associate in Texas (Midlothian) to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and keep a clean, organized workspace for efficient data center operations.

You will handle receiving, inspection, labeling and documentation, assist with server rack assembly, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. Join a team focused on reliable, scalable logistics support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, plus basic Office software (Excel, Word).
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, with or without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Familiarity with lifting techniques and material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: receive, inspect, record, and document items.
• Shipping and receiving: coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and prepare docs.
• Facility maintenance: keep a clean, organized workspace and docks.
• Compliance and safety: follow safety protocols and access controls.
• Support and collaboration: assist cross-functional teams on inventory needs.
• Assembly: assist in setup and installation of server racks.
• What you’ll do on a typical day: perform stock counts, document discrepancies, and support projects.
