Job summary

You will lead credit approvals, manage risk, and nurture key client relationships, while navigating evolving market trends in data center financing. A strong credit, modeling, and leadership background is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
• 2+ years of strong industry knowledge in data centers, infrastructure, or commercial lending.
• 2+ years of expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and loan structuring.
• 2+ years of proven ability to manage client relationships and negotiate deal terms.
• 4+ years of advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Access).
• 2+ years of formal credit training (preferred), but strong analytical and structuring skills are key.
• Bachelor's degree Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related discipline, or equivalent related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Be a Dealmaker – Source, structure, and execute new lending opportunities with sponsors and financial institutions.
• Own the Credit Process – Lead underwriting and credit approvals, ensuring alignment with risk framework.
• Manage High-Value Portfolios – Oversee transactions, modifications, compliance tracking, legal docs, and financial analysis.
• Build Key Relationships – Serve as main contact for borrowers, sponsors, legal advisors, risk teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead & Develop Talent – Manage portfolio managers, provide mentorship and training.
• Navigate Complex Deals – Apply industry knowledge to structuring, due diligence, and market trends.
