Job summary

Caesars Entertainment, Inc. seeks an IT support professional in New Jersey to respond to computer system related requests and escalations. The role includes monitoring system performance, documenting task completion, and providing hardware/software support across platforms.

A NJ CER license is required for this position. The position involves handling shift tasks, reporting issues, and maintaining confidentiality of company records and customer lists while coordinating with IT staff and service

Qualifications

• Associate’s or technical degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Basic analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Respond to computer system related request tickets; ensure all requests are handled or escalated in a timely manner
• Monitor system performance and report issues as necessary
• Complete all assigned shift tasks, including completion of scheduled jobs, documenting completion of tasks and turnover logs
• Provide support for all systems, including software and hardware for all platforms, troubleshooting tasks and communicating to IT staff or service vendors
• Maintain procedures and documentation for the equipment located in the data center
• Locate and replace equipment malfunctions; complete paperwork for repair
• Participate in loading code to the production environment
• Ensure the computer room is maintained in a clean and orderly condition
• Maintain the confidential nature of matters pertaining to company records, policies and customer lists
