Job summary

Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ seeks an on-site IT Help Desk/Desktop Support specialist to install, image, configure, and maintain Windows desktops and related devices. You will provide rapid end-user assistance via phone, email, or in person, and document solutions in the ITSM system.

The role requires 3–5 years in desktop support, familiarity with ITIL processes, and strong customer service skills, all in a regulated casino environment. Some shifts may include evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

Three to five years of desktop support or service desk experience.
Experience imaging, deploying, configuring, and supporting Windows 10/11 devices.
Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals and ITSM ticketing processes.
Ability to work on-site in a casino/hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support via phone, remote tools, email, walk-up requests, and on-site.
Manage incidents and service requests in the ITSM system per SLAs.
Support IBM iSeries and Windows servers; escalate to senior staff.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to coordinate resolutions.
Maintain inventories for IT assets and perform troubleshooting.
