Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Mgmt or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project management, engineering, or construction.
• Proficient in scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera/SureTrak).
• OSHA 30 certification required; PE/ CPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify resources and develop project plans, schedules and scopes.
• Serve as primary contact for engineering staff during construction.
• Oversee change orders, subcontractor billing, and cost control.
