Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Data Center Innovations to lead the delivery of complex projects in Tulsa, OK. The role manages fiscal outcomes, technical quality, and stakeholder coordination from initiation through closeout, with on-site client and vendor coordination, procurement, and subcontractor oversight.

Required: a relevant engineering/construction degree and 2 years in a Project Engineer role; PE and LEED are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or comparable degree.
• 2 years of Project Engineer role equivalent experience.
• PE and LEED designations preferred.
• Knowledge of construction management, commercial building process, and financial acumen required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of complex projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, vendors, and trades on site.
• Maintain site safety plans and uphold safety standards.
• Prepare monthly project accounting reviews and manage cost logs.
