Job summary

McKinstry in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager – Data Center Innovations to lead complex projects from design through construction. You will develop strategies, manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety, while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, 5 years of PM experience, proficiency with MS Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in project management, engineering or construction.
• Proficient with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera or SureTrak).
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Basic estimating skills are required.
• Experience with general contractor or large mechanical subcontractor preferred.
• Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Desirable: PE/CPM/LEED designations and construction financial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and safety from design through construction.
• Coordinate with General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, Owner and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans and change orders; ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor finances, contracts, subcontracts, and vendor billing.
• Lead project team meetings and mentor team members.
