Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Data Center Innovations in Tulsa, OK. This role oversees complex data center projects, manages client relationships, and drives revenue visibility across multiple projects, coordinating internal teams and external partners.

The position emphasizes risk mitigation, safety compliance, and rigorous financial oversight, with responsibilities ranging from project initiation through closeout, RFP support, and procurement for subcontracts and purchase

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in all responsibilities of a Project Manager.
• Eight years of experience in project management, building operations or related field required.
• Experience with a General Contractor or major mechanical subcontractor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develops and manages project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Oversees coordination of internal and external resources for project completion.
• Communicates with clients and project resources (subcontractors and vendors).
• Documents discussions, outcomes, and decisions.
• Supports the RFP process.
• Researches and evaluates new products and vendors.
• Manages procurement activities for Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.
• Assesses and documents agreements from customers regarding project requirements.
• Assesses site safety and implements actions to prevent injury to property and personnel.
