Job summary

Citi is seeking an Infrastructure Technical Analyst in Rutherford, NJ to manage and maintain data center facilities and network infrastructure. You will install, relocate and extend data center hardware and coordinate patch cabling, circuits, and power with facilities vendors to meet service mandates.

Responsibilities include hands-on support, change controls, and ensuring standard-compliant operations across Americas Data Centers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data center facilities and infrastructure.
• 3+ years in implementation, maintenance and analysis of data center facilities and networks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install/de-install/relocate distributed systems and network hardware in Americas Data Centers.
• Coordinate cabinet power, circuits, and patch infrastructure with vendors.
• Provide hands-on, break/fix 2nd line support for data center systems.
• Coordinate and approve data center infrastructure change controls.
• Ensure compliance with data center standards and procedures.
