Job summary

Citi in the United States (Georgetown, TX) seeks a Senior Technology/Infrastructure Analyst to assist with LAN/WAN and help desk administration, with a focus on security and policy compliance. You will guide lower level analysts, design tests, and drive improvements across data center infrastructure.

The role emphasizes communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ongoing RCA after outages, and coordination with global teams to ensure service continuity and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.
• Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline.
• Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Create complex project plans and perform impact analyses to solve high impact problems.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service.
• Design testing approaches, processes, reporting streams and automate repetitive tasks.
• Review requirements, define hardware needs and update procedures as necessary.
• Provide technical direction and coach lower level analysts.
• Develop projects for design of metrics, analytical tools and best practices.
• Maintain operating system applications and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgement.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and team members.
