Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Senior Technology Analyst to support LAN/WAN and help desk administration within the Technology Infrastructure team.

You will guide projects, analyze root causes after outages, and design automated processes while maintaining security and compliance across the enterprise. The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders, strict risk management, and the ability to operate with limited supervision while delivering complex infrastructure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in racking and stacking servers, switches, and storage arrays.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in structured cabling and fiber installations.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in power provisioning for racks and devices.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with hardware commissioning and staging.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with decommissioning and asset removal.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in inventory, asset management, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create complex project plans and analyze impacts to resolve high impact issues.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis after service restoration.
• Design tests, processes, reports, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Review requirements and determine hardware needs; update processes as needed.
• Provide technical direction and coach junior analysts.
