• 5+ years of relevant experience in the following: LAN/WAN, help desk, and infrastructure delivery.
• Experience with hardware installation, cabling, and server racks.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.
• Experience in a financial services or large global environment preferred.

• Create complex project plans and perform impact analyses to resolve high impact problems.
• Drive root cause analysis post restoration of service.
• Design testing approaches, processes, and automation of repetitive tasks.
• Review requirements, define hardware needs, and update processes as necessary.
• Provide technical direction and coach junior analysts.
• Develop projects for metrics, analytics, benchmarking, and best practices.
• Oversee operating system applications and security improvements.
• Communicate risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
