Job summary

Citi in Rutherford, New Jersey is seeking a capable DCSD Infrastructure Technical Analyst to support and extend data center hardware, networks, and SAN infrastructures. The role covers installation, testing, and relocation of equipment, plus coordinating changes and ensuring standard adherence.

Candidates should have extensive data center experience, strong WAN/TCP/IP knowledge, and hands-on problem solving across complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data center facilities experience.
• 3+ years in implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, break/fix level 2 support for data center systems and communications environments.
• Coordinate data center infrastructure changes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage network ports and consumables and coordinate vendor activity.
• Support tape/media management tasks and routine health checks of libraries.
• Assist with disaster recovery tests and reconciliation activities.
