Job summary

Citi in Roanoke, TX, seeks an Infrastructure Senior Technology Analyst to support LAN/WAN and help desk operations. You will design testing approaches, perform RCA after outages, and guide lower level analysts while ensuring policy and security compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in infrastructure delivery, strong communication, and experience in financial services environments. You will work with virtual and in-person teams, manage complex incidents, and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in LAN/WAN and help desk administration.
4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery and process improvement.
4+ years' experience with network maintenance, technical guidance, and security.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.
Experience in a Financial Services or large, complex/global environment preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective analytic/diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses and resolve high-impact issues.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) after restoration of service.
Design testing approaches, processes, reporting streams and automate repetitive tasks.
Review requirements, define hardware needs and update processes as necessary.
Provide technical direction and coach lower level analysts.
Develop metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking and best practices.
