Job summary

Citi is seeking an Infrastructure Technical Analyst for its Rutherford, New Jersey location. The role focuses on hands-on data center hardware installation, network coordination, and sustained facilities operation within the Americas.

You will manage tape/media, cabling, change controls, and vendor coordination to ensure high availability and compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data center facilities and strong WAN/TCP/IP knowledge, with excellent communication and project-management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data center facilities and infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise data center environments and troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of WAN technologies, subnetting, and TCP/IP required.

Responsibilities

• Install/de-install/relocate distributed systems and network hardware across Americas Data Centers.
• Coordinate cabling, patching, and vendor activities for infrastructure projects.
• Provide hands-on, break/fix support for data center systems and networks.
• Manage network ports, consumables, and change controls per standards.
• Maintain data center facilities integrity and perform health checks on systems.
• Support disaster recovery testing and media management duties.
