Job summary

REIC Rentals LLC in Virginia seeks a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support data center customers across Northeast Virginia. You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain temporary climate control equipment that keeps critical facilities operating safely and efficiently.

This role requires 3+ years of HVAC service experience, travel throughout the Northeast Virginia territory, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Experience servicing mission-critical facilities or data centers is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and temporary climate control equipment supporting data center operations
• Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioning, heating, ventilation, dehumidification, and power equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control system issues
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Install, start up, and commission rental equipment at customer sites
• Provide exceptional customer service and basic operational training to customers
• Accurately document service work, inspections, and repairs using electronic service systems
• Travel throughout Northeast Virginia to support customer locations
• Follow all company and customer safety procedures, including strict data center safety protocols
